With three models from which to choose, Hörmann has a commercial steel pan door to meet any specification. From standard duty 25 gauge steel (255P), heavy-duty 24 gauge steel (254P), or industrial-duty 20 gauge steel (250P), all models are manufactured to Hörmann’s quality standards.
Door panels are constructed using a special preparation process that includes hot dipped galvanizing that is applied to the steel substrate, followed by a baked-on polyester base coat, then a durable baked-on polyester finish coat. This layering creates a long-lasting surface finish for maximum protection against adverse effects of the elements. Precisely designed tongue and groove section joints along with a double end stile design add to overall structural integrity. Bottom section safety fixtures contribute to safety, and optional full cavity HCFC-free polystyrene insulation (R value 7.4) helps save on energy costs and support a quiet workspace.

Section Detail
Our commercial pan doors come in standard-duty 25 gauge steel (255P), heavy-duty 24 gauge steel (254P), or industrial-duty 20 gauge steel (250P). Panel designs are deep ribbed with a stucco embossment, and the 255P is also available in a short raised panel with woodgrain embossment. All three models are available in white, while the 255P and 254P are also available in brown.

Durability
For maximum protection against the elements, a long lasting surface finish, and reduced maintenance costs, 255P, 254P & 250P door panels are constructed by first applying hot-dipped galvanizing to the steel substrate.
