DC motor Belt Drive System SilentDrive™ openers are built with a DC motor and come with a belt drive system. The DC motor and Belt Drive System make for very quiet operation, dramatically enhancing your total quality experience. Dual light bulbs and off time delay Features dual bulbs and lens covers enhancing the lighting in your garage while you enter or exit your garage. A 3 minute auto delay shuts your lights off automatically. EngageLock™ Always feel safe with the unique EngageLock™. This built-in feature eliminates door back drive action in the event of a powerloss. Beltension Guard™ This built-in feature automatically maintains proper belt tension for the life of the opener to ensure quiet and trouble free operation while eliminating costly and inconvenient service requirements. Safety Beams Safety Beams and internal features comply with current and future UL 325 requirements. Safeguards at the bottom of the door with safety beam sensors that will stop and reverse the door should an object break the path of the beams.
