SAP APPLICATION MANAGER
Exempt Salaried Position
Location: Montgomery, Illinois

Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of SAP experience.
- Bachelor degree (minimum).
- US citizen or permanent legal resident.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team oriented with the ability to work independently when necessary.
- Ability to work closely with management as well as operational users
to ensure requirements are correctly identified and implemented.
- Resides or is willing to relocate to the Chicago metropolitan area.
Optimally the candidate will also have:
- SAP development skills (ABAP/Query/SAPScript).
- German language skills desirable.
- Team lead or project management experience.
Duties:
- Manage and lead internal project teams and projects enhancing existing SAP system.
- Manage relation to external Consulting and Hosting companies.
- Support end users with all technical and application related questions around SAP.
- Design and implement solutions in SAP.
- Monitor and report on project progress and status as needed.
ASSISTANT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Exempt Salaried Position

Qualifications:
- Minimum three years shop floor/production supervisory or group leader experience required.
- Previous continuous assembly line experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment.
- Achieve performance and personal goals through effective leadership.
- Strong organizational, planning, verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts.
- Solutions-oriented.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Two years or more post secondary education preferred.
Duties:
- Ensure production requirements and goals are met.
- Oversee set up, operation and maintenance of equipment to support production goals.
- Supervise and direct production line operations through consistent application of problem solving techniques.
- Promote teamwork, safety, and discipline in a manufacturing environment.
- Responsible for maintaining training matrix for team members.
- Utilize acceptable corrective action to address sub-standard issues.
- Provide management with data-driven production updates.
- Coordinate communication between shift supervisors.
- Assist in quality training of employees.
- Other job duties, as assigned.
